In brief
The main theme in my work is helping organisations and the people themselves to take steps towards new solutions and outcomes. I do this in the role of strategic consultant, interim manager or process supervisor. I am at my best in situations involving a multitude of private and public parties and with administrative-political dimensions.
I have extensive experience in devising, establishing and directing innovative mobility programmes, strategic area tasks for cities and Smart Mobility approaches. For example, I very much enjoyed working on SmartwayZ.NL and the accessibility of ASML in Veldhoven.
