In brief
As a financial and strategy consultant, my primary focus is on healthcare, real estate and local regeneration projects for healthcare organizations, corporations, municipalities and market players. My goal is to structure projects and organizations so that they generate social and/or financial added value.
I achieve this through real estate analysis or risk analysis, and by designing business cases. I also oversee tenders, sales transactions and financing programs. In addition, I regularly give training courses.
