In our international projects, a returning question from our clients is: how can we assure that we create resilient mobility strategies for an unknown future? To help our clients and ourselves, we conducted an in-house scenario planning analysis and methodology on the future of mobility, with the assistance and supervision of industry professionals and professors.
Our team conducted a lengthy analysis of exogenous and endogenous factors that can affect the future of mobility. At the same time, we drafted our own value proposition canvas, describing Rebel’s future goals and mission.
Bringing the two together, we estimated probable scenarios, equally likely to happen, taking into account mobility trends and the state-of-the-art in the industry. We developed a strategy that is relevant for all scenarios for the future of mobility – from the most optimistic to the most pessimistic.
