In brief
As a project manager, interim manager and consultant, I work at the interface between the public and private spheres, in sectors such as local regeneration, sustainability, and transport. I work on projects around the world. The challenge is to commercialize markets that have been dominated by government, with an eye for the public interest. This involves introducing enterprise and improving operational performance, as well as the smart use of private finance.
Currently, I’m the program manager at City Deal in Amsterdam, working with a range of public and private parties. Together, we are working towards a post-gas, climate-neutral city.
I also work on the financing of international infrastructure, energy, water, and climate projects.
