Service Centre School Building
Schools must have buildings that support education, that offer the best financial solution and that are the least possible burden for school administrations and staff. Innovative procurement forms contribute towards achieving accommodation that meets these requirements. To assist schools in realising accommodation for schools, the Service Centre School Building, or Servicecentrum Scholenbouw (SCS) in Dutch, was founded. Rebel acted as quartermaster for the setting-up of this new organisation.
We support the Servicecentrum Scholenbouw in strategy building by generating new ideas about the way in which innovative forms of contract can be implemented within the education sector. We help SCS launching the discussion about PPP by publishing essays and organising round tables.
