Rebel, in coorporation with mtbs, has been contracted by Silport, the private landlord of the Port of Sillamae in Estonia, as Transaction Advisor to assist the client in designing and implementing a well-structured container terminal transaction. Main services provided are: financial modeling, risk analysis, market assessment, tender preparation and tender implementation. Rebel strategic and legal experts advise on the tendering process and contracting issues. Prior to the tender, mtbs has established the financing strategy of the port and its valuation to arrange new financing for terminal expansion.
