Rebel is lead financial advisor to the Flanders Participation Agency for the procurement of a finance contract for a motorway and a DBM contract for this road and a rail-link. Rebel is responsible for the development and management of the bid-evaluation model, the selection of financiers and for ensuring back-to-back synchronization of the contracts. This projects has been awarded 'European transport PPP Deal of the Year 2007' by Project Finance Magazine.
