Rebel has teamed up with Rabobank International as financial advisors to the winning bidder for the DBFM-contract for a major tunnel project near Amsterdam. Rebel professionals have been primarily responsible for defining a bid strategy, developing and managing the financial model, documenting the BAFO, reviewing and optimizing of the final contract and negotiating with the issuing authority.
