Rebel is bid manager and financial advisor for a private consortium participating in the tender for the DBFM-programme for over 200 schools in Flanders (renovation and new built). RebelGroup was responsible for the overall bid management, drafting of financial model and financial offer and the selection of financiers. Rebel has prepared First Offer and the BAFO.
