Rebel is lead financial advisor to the Flanders Participation Agency (PMV) for the procurement of a DBM and a separate Finance contract for a missing link in the road network. Rebel is responsible for the development and management of the bid-evaluation model, the selection of financiers, financial assistance in the procurement of the DBM and for ensuring back-to-back synchronization of the contracts that are to joined into a DBFM-contract.
