Rebel was lead financial advisor to the Zuiderzeelijn project organization which orchestrated the development of a 200km rail-link from Amsterdam Airport to the northern city of Groningen. Rebel´s responsibilities included modelling the business case for various alternatives (a.o. a magnet-levitated
rail-link), bidding package draft, development of a PPP contracting plan, risk analysis and pre-qualification of bidders.
