The City of Cleveland intends to relocate its Port and undertake a major waterfront development project on the site. The flagship, mixed-use development project will regenerate the city economy and downtown area. Rebel is undertaking a market analysis and structuring development options for the project and related urban infrastructure on a PPP basis. This is based on international experience in waterfront development and urban regeneration through private participation.
