RebelGroup Advisory consultants have advised the project organisation HSL South in the delayed procurement of the catenary and power supply systems for the HSL rail-link. They have been responsible for drafting and modifying the Public Sector Comparator, conducting an economic impact analysis, structuring the contract, negotiating with bidders, evaluating the financial bids and optimizing the attractiveness of the deal to financiers. Currently Rebelgroup Advisory is involved as contract manager.
