Risk management Stadshavens Rotterdam
The Rotterdam City Council and Port Authority wanted a resolute, large-scale redevelopment of the Stadshavens (City Ports). The City Council defines the vision of this redevelopment in the structural vision. Rebel supports the City Council and Port Authority in three aspects: the bolstering of the business case, the organisation of risk management, and support for drawing up the implementation strategy (including a vision on involving the market forces). The end-product for risk management was a risk control plan and a governance memorandum with the main risks of the project.
