Four new prisons
Rebel helped the Building Authority and the Department of Justice preparing, structuring, selecting, awarding and contracting with private parties for the design, build, funding and maintenance of four new prisons in Belgium as part of a PPP formula (DBFM). We take care of all financial and economic aspects of the procurement procedure, up to the Financial Close, and acted in combination with Stibbe (legal) and ELD-Orientes (technical).
