Rebel supports the Overijssel Provincial Government with the development of new financial instruments to stimulate and accelerate the development of sustainable energy projects, ranging from biomass to wind to energy saving in the built environment. The Provincial Government has allocated significant budget for such instruments, which may include any financial instrument whether it be guarantees, subsidies, revolving funds or direct  equity investments in individual projects.
