Louis Braam
Louis is a business and financial economist and has been active in the junction between the public and private sectors for more than a decade. He is a detail-oriented and results-driven consultant. He has extensive (international) experience in the areas of privatization, autonomisation and market forces. His primary concentration is designing and contracting public-private cooperation arrangements for the realization and exploitation of real estate and infrastructure. He is involved in sectors including health care, education, government, road and rail.
Louis enjoys finding new ways to apply PPC principles in new sectors and markets as well as enhancing the professional quality of government services. In addition to being one of the founders of Rebel, he also helped establish the Netherlands’ Ministry of Finance's Public-Private Cooperation Centre of Excellence.
Louis is also an active member of Rebel Valley, Rebel's investment company, which participates in innovative ventures where public and private sectors intersect.
