Kees Hörchner
Kees studied economy in Rotterdam. Meanwhile, he has been active for ten years in infrastructure financing and marketing. His experience is international. Among other projects, he developed a strategic plan for the cargo area at Brussels International Airport Company. His area of expertise is harbour financing, but his field of activity is highly diversified, ranging from strategic issues to transaction advice for public-private partnerships.
