Rolf has extensive international experience in infrastructure, finance and management. He works worldwide with public authorities, private clients and financial institutions on strategy, policy and financing questions. Rolf seeks especially challenging and complex issues where innovative and dynamic approaches are required to maximize value-creation. He has driven a number of successful change initiatives at company, project and sector levels, and is involved in entrepreneurial start-ups. Rolf plays a central role in Rebel’s international growth.
